Strength and Conditioning

Sport specific cross-training is essential to finding success at any level of competition and to remain injury free.

After an initial assessment, a personalized and periodized program will be prescribed to address deficiencies found - these could include: strength, mobility, stability, agility, power. Training is event-focused with the long term goal being a desired result, personal best or first time completion. Don't have a goal? We will set one. Once a goal is achieved, we reassess and go bigger.

Programs are crafted for each client's sport with specific and progressing exercises, reps/sets and intensities. Progress tracking and remote communication is also provided. Check-in sessions (~5 weeks) are important to reassess and progress the program.

The education of a Physical Therapist ensures that your medical history is incorporated into the program and proper technique is learned to keep you safe and maximize potential gains.

In-Person:

Initial Assessment (60min): $195

Follow-up appointment (60min) w/ program: $195

      *Covered by extended health care plans. Direct billing available.
